At ChicPiq, we take pride in delivering quality fashion and lifestyle products to your doorstep. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, wrongly delivered, or incomplete.
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags and invoice intact.

Products NOT eligible for return:

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items
  • Items bought during clearance sales, final sales, or with heavy discounts (unless damaged)
  • Free gifts or promotional items

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

  1. How to Initiate a Return

To place a return request, contact us at care@chicpiq.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Item(s) to be returned.
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting photo(s) in case of damage or defect

Our team will review your request and respond within forty-eight business hours with further instructions.

 

  1. Pickup & Reverse Logistics

If your return is approved:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (where serviceable).
  • For non-serviceable areas, you may be asked to self-ship the item to our return address. The shipping cost will be refunded as store credit (with a valid courier invoice).
  • Items must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

We will not be responsible for loss/damage of self-shipped returns.

 

  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If approved, a refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer after confirming details.

In some cases, we may offer store credits or coupons as alternatives.

Note: Refunds may be withheld if the returned item is used, damaged, or incomplete.

 

  1. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please initiate a return for the existing item and place a new order separately.





  1. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

 

  1. Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery 
  • Attach clear pictures of the product and packaging.
  • We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit as applicable.
